This restraunt was a horrible experience. We sat at the table for two hours before they decided to get the manager for us.The little one was so hungry she was crying.I felt like crying. I was a server at Olive Garden for ten years I have never seen this bad of service..This was my Birthday dinner.I didn't even eat my chicken it tasted boiled and flavorless!! I tried to tell the waitress by handing her the box,she thought I was trying to get something for free..No Maam! I don't do that I paid anyway..This place owes me an apology!!

My Wife & I enjoy dining at Chili's on Youree Dr. in Shreveport. We have always had excellent & courteous service as well the food is delicious!

my experienca at chilis was horrible I visited there november 6,2010., and the door greeter was very rude. As I begin to walk in i was not greeted. All she told me was 15 mintues. I then gegin to wait. In about 10 minutes my hostess came and said aint the buzzer goin off, I then follwed her to my table and ask for the manager. I then spoke with him and he apologized. Being my first time there I would not returen or recommend anyone eat there.
