Love this place..She is the best...And I dislike dentist all of them...But not Suzanne Windham,she and her office are great...

Hi. I'm writing this review to warn people out there in the Shreveport and surrounding areas to never call this dentist looking for help if you are in pain! I called on a Tuesday afternoon around 1:30pm, asking if I could be seen because I was in so much pain from one of my wisdom tooth. The receptionist or Dds ( not sure who answered the phone because they never stated their name) was beyond rude and down right mean. The woman told me that they were done for the day and that they were not seeing anymore patients. I asked what time they usually closed and she said, "we close when we are done!" Her tone was very mean and sarcastic. She sounded like she was rushing to leave work. I asked if they take walk ins, and what are they're office hrs. she said "we are not seeing any more patients for today!". I said, ma'am I'm asking because I would like to call back tomorrow when you all are open so that I can be seen as a walk-in or just make a future appointment. She yelled out that they were booked the next day and that all she can do is take my name and number and she can call me back when she gets time, obviously. At this point, I was upset and frustrated and still in pain. I keep her on the phone a little longer because I just couldn't believe how rude she was. I asked her if she had any suggestions as to what I can do to ease the pain or if there was another Dds I could be referred too. I also told her that I work in a doctors office and we are open from 8-5p and I just don't believe there's actually a accredited dentist office with rude people Working there such as this one. She told me that because I'm not a patient there, she can't give me any suggestions. I thought this was BS. I told her I was referred there by a nurse/coworker and she decided to changed the frustrated tone in her voice to a nicer tone. By this time, it was too late. I asked her name and she didn't give it to me. She repeated that she can take down my name and number, again. I told her no thank you and hung up the phone. I decided to call my own dentist who was 1hr away from my job. I didn't want to drive that far, that's the only reason I called Dds windhams office. It was a few blocks away. Big mistake. I explained to my Dentist what was going on. I didn't even tell her my name. She told me I can come in right away. I told her it would probably take an hr and I asked if it was still okay to come in. She stated that it was fine, so I went to her office instead. I was treated with respect. My dentist is Dds Monica Davenport and family. If you want quality care and service, this is the office to go too. I'm appalled by the way I was treated over the phone with Dds Suzanne Windhams office...
