Great!

It's one thing to try and collect a debt, but it's quite another to use illegal tactics to do so. This guy is the most unethical and ruthless debt collector imaginable and will not retain his bar roll number for much longer. He has been sued 18 times for fair debt collection violations. After washington mutual taniked, they stopped sending bills and I had no clue where or how to pay. That is until these guys contacted me. Now I am a lawyer and it baffles me that they used these tactics on me, but to get me to pay they, threatened to call the District Attorney (laughable), cursed me, contacted the managing partner at my law firm, threatened to take personal property before a lawsuit was even filed, harrassed me, ect until I finally gave in. Anyway, they can expect a lawsuit from me shortly.
