General Info

Aspire Yoga Center is an intimate and nurturing environment. Yoga classes are taught to students of all levels, classes are between 50-60 minutes and the class schedule includes yoga classes every day of the week. The following styles of yoga classes are offered - Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners, Beginner+, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga On-The-Go, Gentle Hatha, Candlelight Slow Flow and Restorative Yin Yoga. All classes are capped at 12 students to allow instructors to best meet the needs of each student. Pre-registration is recommended to guarantee a spot. Reserve your spot in class using the MindBody Connect app on any mobile device or via our website.

Aspire Yoga Center is located inside of Brewer Physical Therapy at 663 Jordan Street in Shreveport, Louisiana. The yoga studio is conveniently situated in Shreveport’s Highland neighborhood, just east of Line Avenue on Jordan Street. There is a parking lot onsite and a private entrance to Aspire Yoga Center is located in the back of the building.
