I have never been so disappointed by service at applebees half our food came out after 1 hr then another hour half again. Waitress forgot half are order then wouldnt serve us further.

Applebee's tries to do too many things and ends up doing none of them well. The menu is too scattered, and the "two for" and build your own combo is just too confusing. On top of this none of the food stands out. Its just not that good and overpriced.

the staff is slow and not always very nice i would say that the one in bossier is the best in the area. if you really want food like they have go to chillies
