I have used MV shuttle several times to transport the little girl I mentor to and from Pinetop from Phx. They always take excellent care of her and are keep me posted of their arrival times etc. Impressed with how conscientious they are.

This transportation service is a great way to get from Phoenix to the white mountains. Everyone in this service offers great customer service for me and every other customer. I definitely recommend Mountain Valley Shuttle as a relatively quick way to get from all the way from Show Low to Phoenix

That review from Oct 2016 must have been for some other transportation company. Mountain Valley Shuttle only goes from downtown Show Low to Phoenix, and not to Pinetop at all. The actual MV Shuttle has very good service!

Pinetop driver just refused to stop at a bus stop at the theaters. Would only stop at the casino and now I am late for work! Thanks Jerk!!! This guy is never on time.
