General Info

Shoreline Concrete was first established in the Greenwood neighborhood in 1983. At that time we mainly did waterproofing and worked in the Ballard area of Seattle. In 1985 we branched out and started to build retaining walls, walkways and driveways. Shortly after that we started to pour foundations. In 1992 we raised our first house and placed in a new basement, doubling the square footage of the home. This is when we also started with stabilization of foundations with the use of pin piles.
