MOD Construction is a family owned business. Mike is a general contractor with thirty-eight years of experience in all phases of design, repairs, remodeling, new construction, handyman projects, property management and maintenance. He is licensed, bonded and insured. Mike will be the one meeting with you to discuss your ideas. He will provide you with a free estimate along with a detail sheet outlining the work to be completed. Most importantly, he will be the one doing all of the work. Mike produces quality workmanship. He is detailed-oriented, honest, fair, reliable, always on time and eager to help you get the project done right the first time.
