I brought up my units for repair this past Saturday, and I briefly talked with one of their technicians, an older gentleman who sluffed around and smoked with a scowl. I didn't want to drop off my units, quite frankly. When I arrived, I politely asked for a receipt acknowledging receipt of my materials, which are expensive and valuable to me. I received the impression that I was asking for too much, and felt like I was 'interrupting his break.' He did eventually concede to write on a business card that he received these 2 units, but it felt like I was greatly inconveniencing him. When I called to receive my estimate (note: I myself had to call them; they don't call you back with a quote), the same man quoted me $25 for a cleaning and $189 for the repair of another unit. These units are cheaper to buy brand new, He said "JUST COME IN AND PICK 'EM UP" and hung up. I went and got them, he slammed them down on the counter, I asked if I needed to sign anything and he said "GOODBYE!"
