Kelly Evans, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner. She sees patients of all ages for various primary care needs, including annual wellness exams for children and adults, well-woman exams, gynecology services, depression, anxiety, weight management, and vaccinations. She also provides care for common illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and hypothyroidism. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.
