Great service and excellent bbq wood. I am really impressed with the smoke and quality of the wood. We made the best BBQ ribs ever.

The selection and service provided by Wiley's is exceptional. I have been experimenting with the various flavored woods. I tried the pear wood with stuffed pork tenderloin and the citrus wood with Cornish game hens. I am really impressed with the difference the wood has made. Thanks!

I pick up some pecan chunks and red oak split logs. I smoked up a bunch of pork ribs the other night and was so impressed with the results that I decided I should write in. We also did a pizza on the grill when the weather got so hot a couple weeks ago. I put the pizza stone on the Weber and cranked up the heat with the red oak wood. We slipped the pizza on to the stone and in a couple of minutes we had a beautiful pizza pie. Thanks for the great service and super selection.

I really appreciate the great service and excellent selection. That stuff you get at the big super stores is second-rate. We have been smoking barbecue in our backyard for years, but nothing has compared to the quality of Wiley's Woods for producing great smoke.
