The tile that Dimension One installed looks fine, but they damaged the walls and baseboards so much that we had to repaint every room they tiled. They also installed and caulked white baseboard onto our wooden bathtub surround without asking, which means we have to pay to have the wood repaired and refinished. There were other problems with the installation too, as well as a lot of excuses about why things turned out the way they did. If I had it to do again, I would request that Lowe's give us another installer.
