Unfortunately we had to deny someone service due to her lack of respect to staff and customers. The last post is a consequence of this incident. We apologize for this behavior.

I am not impressed at all by this salon! the staff is unprofessional and clearly not educated enough to be in this industry. The manager could not deliver a simple hair color the numerous times she tried and charged me for her mistakes! I would not encourage anyone to waste their time or money at this business. Over priced for awful services. When I go to a salon I expect exceptional services, not rude employees, a rude manager and terrible hair styles to leave with.

This salon is GORGEOUS!! Started going there to have my nails done before the original Tropical Escape burned down. This may have been a blessing in disguise. All but one of the girls are back, just like old times. I've had one of them do my hair and the one that has always done my nails now does my hair as she now has her cosmotology liscense also. Always left there happy! Fair prices and VERY clean!! Stop in and check it out and give them the chance to make you beautiful. You won't regret it. Make sure you check out the pedicure chair!!
