If I could give them ZERO stars I would! HORRIBLE service!!!! Never delivered the pizza, ordered at 7:30 tried to call the store at 8:30 bc we hadn't gotten the pizza. The line was busy until 9, then it just rang and rang. No one ever answered. Then tried to call back and it was busy again. Completely ridiculous! Will never use Pizza Hut in Sherman again.

I oredered pizza from pizza hut it took them almost 2 hours to get my order to my house. It was so cold that we had to reheat it, to eat it. I called them and they apologized and took my name, and told me that they will give me free credit for the future. I called a couple weeks later to redeem my credit, they told me that they have no credit cards nder my name. I told them what was said over phone, and they said that there was no such thing. Please be advised that the food isn't garunteed, their business has gone such downhill for the last few years I wouldn't recommend eating there. They lost my business.

We will not be using Pizza Hut again anytime soon, if ever. We ordered pizza for delivery on Wednesday evening and after waiting an hour and twenty minutes, my very patient husband( I would not have been nice, but he was ) called and spoke with Christy. She made no apologies or offered an explanation; she only said it was on the way. We allowed plenty of time for the driver to arrive and still no pizza, so we cancelled. There was no communication from the store to the driver, so when the driver finally arrived, my husband walked out to the car and informed him that the order had been cancelled. What ever happened to customer service. It certainly doesn't seem to be in place at the Sherman Pizza Hut. Shameful way to run a business, and with that type service, the store won't be around much longer. At the very least, an apology wasn't too much to expect.
