      This store lacks any service!!!i I purchased a fridge that was delivered a day later than was scheduled resulting in losing food items. The freezer door was damaged, so I called the store to find out when it would be replaced. Spoke with delivery and they never got back to me. After waiting 10 days, I went to the store and was told that they had a replacement in stock and they would deliver in 2 days. Well that was supposed to be today, but again a "no show"!!! Can't believe Lowe's continues to keep such incompentant employees. Will NEVER buy large items from them again!!!!!
