First day was a very bad experience!!! There was no phone call before the nurse came over she just walked in the back door without knocking. They were to call first and come to the front door. She smelled like an ashtray with cheap perfume trying to cover it. She said she had not been told she needed to call first... though that is their office policy. We complained she left. We were told a new nurse would be by later today and that my dads medication will be delivered today. No nurse, no medication... and its 8 p.m. and past the time for Dads meds. We are currently exploring other options for home hospice. If you're considering Home Hospice of Grayson County don't bother they are not accountable!!!!
