I’ve done business with this store for 10 years and they treated me like crap. Lost my prescription sunglasses and I wanted to know if they still carried the same frames. The lady would not check my records and all she would say is “Come into the store .” Dallas store took care of everything. Sherman WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!
Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to pick up glasses or if you need adjusting. Customer service is lacking 'service' Definitely not worth the few dollars you might save. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
I would avoid this store at all cost. Every time I've gone in there the people are so RUDE
