We did not rent a room but we did rent the "party room" and it was horrible. They were suppose to open the doors at 12 noon and did not send anyone until 12:40! The room was not cleaned from the party the night before. We walked in with our guest for the party we were having and had to clean and vaccuum while they were there! You will have better luck in your own back yard!
