Honesty!! We took our HP All In One to Best Buy Geek Squad for repair of a rolling screen. They estimated the repair cost to be $450 to replace the LCD and mother board. They told me the computer was just wore out. It had been logged into 50 times. I refused the repair and upon return I took it to COMPUTEK COMPUTERS. They had it out within 24 hrs. There was a loose wire inside. They also told me the shield on the mother board had never even been removed so I was outright lied to by the Geed Squad. I was out of pocket about $50 .....not $450

I have used Computek Computers for all my repair needs for the last 3 years. I will not go anywhere else. They are on top of the game with repairs, upgrades and data back-up as well as extracting from a crashed machine. Computek Rocks!

I have bought two computers from Jim and thinking of buying one more I have had very little down time.I have gone back for work two times in all most 3 years that's not bad, I will be buying again.

I have taken two hard drives to the Sherman, Texas CompuTek Computers; they have destroyed two hard drives. I recently took a computer in to have some minor spyware removed. I ended up walking out of CompuTek Computers with a dead system, hard drive and all. Paying added insult to injury. But as they take your money, they simultaneously maintain complete silence. No expression of disappointment or regretnothing. I had an independent computer repair business verify the ineptitude of this situationthey called it scandalous. Prior to this, I had taken in a hard drive unit to have some data retrieved. Later on, CompuTek Computers said that it had thrown it away. Imagine taking a hard drive to a repair shop to have some family artwork retrieved only to have it thrown away. No offer of restitution was made.Fool me once, fool me twice . . . Dont get burned by CompuTek Computers . . . Stay away.
