I asked him if I could retrieve personal property from my car and he simply stated he doesn't do "show & tell". Needless to say he is violating TDLR regulations. Once I informed him it was a regulation violation for him to not allow me access to my personal property, he told me he was going to take his time getting up there now because I said that. Horribly rude and extremely unprofessional. Complete filth. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Terrible service..Called on 12-10 with ice almost gone..at 1st he refused to come out. Then he showed up and said he was taking our truck to his impound lot because he wasn't driving in this weather. The next day we had him tow it to Denison from Sherman. The total cost was 249.95. I ask him if we got a discount for cash, he said, "that was a discount". Totally unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend. The total mileage with truck taken to his yard and then taken to our mechanic was 17 miles.
