I'm sure not everyone that has gone to this location has had the bad experiences that I've had, but come on!

Two time in a row my experience was horrible. The first time I went with my sister and the restaurant was jam packed for lunch, so we were offered to wait or take a table outside. We chose the latter, and was seated right under THREE heaters that they had going while the temperature outside was about 72 degrees. My sister and I practically burned ourselves on our table because it was SO hot from the heating lamps. I know we could of asked for another table but I noticed all the better seating was already taken. So when the waiter came over I asked if he could please turn a couple off or at least lower the heating temperature, he said sure, and walked away. We had ordered and received our food which was two Cesar salads, again I asked another server to please lower the heating and again I got the same response. Of course by now we were both pretty upset and pressed for time since we had our kids to pick up from school. For the third time I asked someone else and told them I had requested by two other servers to lower the heating and to my surprise she just reached over and lowered just one and walked away. My sister and I asked for boxes for our food and said hopefully the service inside is better next time we come, NOT!!! Our second visit was no better, the restaurant was to loud and the service was horrible, the server rarely came by to check on us and we had to flag one down just to get our drinks refilled. That was the last time we visited that location. Sure the food and dessert are great but not good enough to put up with what we experienced. We'll try out another location and see if it's any better, I have a feeling it will be;���)

I have never been disappointed over the years of enjoying the meals and desserts served at Cheesecake Factory. The food is SO TASTY and the desserts are so fresh and delicious. I just love this place, and so does my entire family.
