I've studied so many techniques: Method, Strassberg, Adler, and many of the guru's out there. These just left me wondering how to do it my way and in my head. I had been actually stripped of my ability to believe in my instincts. When I came to the Acting Center I was skeptical, sounded to good to be true: Work 90% of the time, watch 10%, not taught by feedback but by guidance to my instincts, character work etc etc. But within 2 months I was a different actor. I would recommend this for new actors and seasoned actors who want a breathe of fresh air.
