I offer counseling for individuals, couples and families with a sliding scale fee available. In our time together, we will work to resolve what is troubling you, whether it be anxiety, depression or relationship issues, as well as go beneath that issue. We will explore how past experiences and belief systems contribute to behaviors that may be disrupting current experiences and relationships, as well as inhibiting future goals. My goal is not to give advice, but to help you discover your personal inner voice which may ultimately provide answers to your own truths. Depth psychology encourages us to slow things down in order to evoke curiosity. Working creatively with imagery based in myth, poetry, literature and art, we search for what the deeper need is in order for you to rediscover your own distinctive individuality. I have worked as a trainee/intern at Positive Directions in Glendale since 2005. Now, alongside my private practice, I currently hold the position of Assistant Director of Positive Directions. My position at Positive Directions has gained me exposure to an array of individuals with intrinsic dilemmas, as well as ongoing interaction with community resources.? I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I am currently conducting my practice under the supervision of Gary Pearle, MFC, PhD., License #30246.
