Adams Elementary serves more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its staff includes teachers, special education coordinators, counselors, specialists, and custodial and office employees. The school offers a range of student programs in art, music, technology applications and physical education. Adams Elementary also offers medical care, speech pathology and guidance counseling services. It has a parent-teacher organization that supports various school programs and activities, such as field trips and assemblies. Located in Sheridan, Ind., Adams Elementary is a part of Sheridan Community Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools.
