They gave our cats fleas after taking them in for surgery. When we came back for a follow up, the vet didn't even catch it. How do you not catch something like that? We only found the fleas yesterday. The day we brought them home from surgery, our friend was over and noticed fleas, which he mentioned to my boyfriend, who unfortunately didn't hear him. The same friend was over yesterday and said hey your cats have fleas still. This was the day after we had brought them in for a follow up. This is unacceptable. I just got off the phone with the manager, who only offered topical flea treatment, which we already got. I feel we should be reimbursed for all flea expenses such as flea spray, shampoo and exterminator. Now there are over 200 fleas in our house. Would not recommend this vet to anyone. Overcrowded, unprofessional looking, and they even forgot to give our cats shots until we noticed they hadn't and mentioned that. How do you completely forget to do an entire treatment? It seems like they don't know what they're doing. Please, if you love your pets, cheaper is not better. Don't be fooled. I found out the hard way. Don't put your loved pets in the hands of incompetent people.

Dr. Stone and staff are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
