Must like bugs and rooming with cockroaches. Must enjoy a cockroach motel petting zoo. Must like 1960's decor, literally and no carpet because they have flooring. Must love staying up all night because you will be surrounded by your neighbors. Must love slimy bathtubs and open tiled ceilings where it looks like people should or would be working, but no one ever does. Must love having your privacy invaded by I (believe) the owners. Other than that, 1-star. Hooray!

HORRIBLE Customer service by the GM Blake! We checked in at close to 7 am (he tried to say we checked in at 11:59 but that was when the room was charged- someone called us so we could pay over the phone) after a long drive from KS and we asked for checkout out 12 noon instead of 11:00. He gave us until 11:30 but then called us back and asked if we would be able to make that work. I thought he was calling to extend grace but NO he was just calling to waste my time...harassment. I will never try this chain again because of his rude attitude. He talked to me the whole time from behind a desk located about 6 feet from the check-in counter!!! Never even stood up! He needs training in customer service before he runs that owber's business in the ground!!

the front desk clerk tammy who checked me in the evening i went in was very polite and made me feel welcomed also kept the coffee fresh and the lobby cleaned. also the night shift girl (no name tag) she was really friendly and was cleaning her butt off that night and also kept the coffee fresh. I would def be back.

Take your MONEY & RUN! This is the worse motel we have ever stayed at. Almost NO outdoor lightening for safety, the back/side door entrance was held open with a dirty towel since the card system to it wasn't working - anyone could come in anytime they wanted - guests or not! The room was bare - only a bed, TV, two end tables and a dresser - no shampoo, no pictures on the wall, no coffee maker - not even a plastic glass for a drink of water. This was BARE BONES and the 'no smoking room' had definitely been smoke in. While registering I ask the clerk to give us a wake up call at 5:30. We woke at 6:45 - no wake up call! When my husband went to the reception area to get a cup of coffee and told the clerk there was no apology - just oh well, no one wrote it down!!! Like I said - TAKE YOUR MONEY & RUN!
