Love this place steam room is amazing.

I started a year ago to get my body in shape after diabetics did a lot of damage. A trainer for the club (Chet) made up a program in weights and pool. We worked hard at my pace and now I can do things like walking, bending over, knee bends and getting up steps.Staff and members are very positive there. Very good price to join and monthly dues just can'nt beat it. Harold Hart
