Harris Middle School, located in Shelbyville, Tenn., offers various academic programs, in English, language arts, biology, mathematics and social studies. The school hosts various special motivational programs for students that include talent show, math race, and book and science fairs. It has clubs that include student council, National Junior Honor Society, yearbook and key. Harris Middle School s media center has more than 16,000 volumes. It utilizes an automated circulation and catalog system and has more than eight computers. The school also offers food service ad provides scholarships and grants to students.
