I called this locksmith company because my dog was locked in the car. The technician arrived after letting me and my dog wait for 2 hours. He was extremely rude and short mannered. He opened my car in less than a minute and then charged me 200$. The bill did not have any company logo on it and I could only pay by credit card. I had no choice but to pay it. I called the company back and they had NO record of me making the call for a locksmith. After speaking with several people they eventually found my information. The customer service rep said that 165$ plus the service fee was a good rate! IT WAS A 30 SECOND JOB! I feel robbed and very taken advantage of. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE!
