I have been taking my car here for years and they have always done a great job and with good prices. I'm happy that I found a good mechanic shop that's honest.

Horrible experience. Their lack of repair caused further damage to my car. They were not honest with me, nor were they reliable, and communication was non-existent. I sued them in small claims court and won a settlement. I still incurred a loss, not to mention stress and time. I would NEVER recommend this shop.

Never go here. Horrible experience. Communication was non-existent, they kept my car for almost 4 weeks, they were not honest, and from start to finish it was a terrible experience. I learned my lesson.

nice knowledgeable professional establishment. got my trans fluid changed they did it the right way by removing the pan and changing the filter i am extremely happy and will go back to these fine people thank you Shelby Auto Care!!

Service is always performed great

I have never trusted mechanics ever! Took my Ford Expedition in to Shelby running rough. They stayed with the problem until they figured it out(electrical problem difficult to pinpoint) Treated me fair and HELPED me out. Guys are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I do trust these guys and will recommend them to everyone.

I have been using Shelby Auto Care for maintenace of my vans for my Wheelchair Transport business. If you need a shop that will go above and beyond and treat you fair, Shelby Auto Care is the one. I was referred to them by another business. John & Erica are the owners and they are very pleasant to deal with. In my business I cannot be without my vans or patients do not get to their appointments. On several occasions, the mechanics at Shelby have stayed after hours to get me back on the road. They have also been willing to inspect vehicles before I purchase them, to be sure I was not buying a lemon. If you want an honest, dependable mechanic, check them out.
