Do not deal with these people, 30,000 dollar kitchen renovation was ruined by their cabinets, complete junk. Cabinets came in wrong size, unfinished particle board visible, very damaged from delivery, missing pieces and just very poor quality across the board. Also the way they dealt with me when I told them about all of the problems I had was despicable, these people have no idea how to deal with paying customers. Oh yeah and it took over 6 months to get the cabinets from the time I put the deposit down. Do yourself a favor and find someone else, there's plenty out there.

We had a terrible experience with Ros's. When paying so much money, you'd expect a bit more attention to detail and better customer service. First, the wrong drawer fronts were delivered with the order, a few of the cabinets were the wrong size, and some of the other cabinets were just PLAIN WRONG. We sent back the drawer fronts, and we got back fronts that were a different shade (too light). Try #3 = Too dark & washed out. Ros's had to start again, and finally got it close enough. They also mis-charged us...tried to charge us full price despite the mistakes THEY MADE. Avoid Ros's if you can. it isn't worth the hassle.

I am surprised to hear such negativity. My experience with Ros's Cabinets has been super! I spoke with several of the employees at both locations since my cabinets were not perfect at after delivery/installation either (I was told that during installation some of the doors are possibly removed and not placed properly by installers once completed). Many needed adjusting and they scheduled a service call and fixed everything right away. My custom cabinets are excellent quality and even came out better than I had expected. I am very pleased with my cabinets and plan on doing more work with them in the future.
