TERRIBLE PROGRAM

WASTE OF MONEY FOR WHAT YOU GET

Truly an awful business. Lots of problems with this whole company but we filed assault charges against a lady that is in charge for hitting my 15 year old. Please don't take your kids here.

The women who runs the road test, a Blonde who has a Dodge truck, is absolutely atrocious. We went to the road test area, and she did not give us any direction or anything, we had to go up to her. She gave very little explanation of what to do and was very intimidating, leaving a bad impression. She needs to learn communication and people skills. It is a waste of 55 dollars to test here, even if you pass.

I had scheduled my road test for 2:30. I arrived at the location early, like they asked, but my instructor was very behind, but didn't care to tell me. Ended up starting an hour late without anysort of warning or apology. We had to do the parkparking turn first, and I had a hard time with parallel parking, it took me three tries but I got it perfect the last time, but she refused to take me on the road. I've never had a bigger waste of $50

DO NOT take your road test here. I ignored all the awful reviews about a woman named Kathy, and as I unfortunately found out, they are all true. Please don't waste your time and money here.

TERRIBLE ROAD TESTING. WE ALSO HAD A LADY NAMED KATHY WHO WAS HORRIBLE, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE SPOKE FAST AND DIDN'T EXPLAIN DIRECTIONS VERY WELL AND KEPT SNAPPING AT MY DAUGHTER WHICH MADE HER FEEL VERY NERVOUS. MY DAUGHTER DID VERY WELL ON HER ROAD TEST BUT THIS WOMAN GOT PLEASURE OUT OF FAILING HER. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS PERSON CAN LOOK AT HERSELF IN THE MIRROR AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT HERSELF EVERYDAY. SHE TREATED MY DAUGHTER AND I TERRIBLY. SHAME ON COURTESY FOR ALLOWING THIS BULLY TO BE PART OF THEIR COMPANY.

HORRIBLE!! We had an appointment with a lady by the name of KATHY today.The lady shows up ,at the ripe age of 65+looking,wearing a mini skirt and was completely rude and unprofessional! She scowled the whole time and complained of everything. We took out money back and chose to give it to a company way more deserving than this. I only wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE I chose such an unprofessional place. She had my daughter in tears by the time we left and when I called the company to tell them what happened they were just as rude as Kathy! Disgusting! By the looks of this lady she clearly hated her job,and gave NO REGARDS to making a child leave sobbing! This company deserves no stars, but deserve to be shut down! Parents DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!

Do not use this company for any reason. The driving "instructor was extremely rude and unprofessional. For the road test you are to meet at a parking lot. Only the individual being tested in allowed in the car, which is fine but for the fact there is no place to wait. It was a torrential downpour. Soaked to the bone or wait in the 7-11 for an hour had the test continued. Instructor had no intention of conducting road test in the rain. Student must parallel park before going on the road. "Instructor" found fault where there was none. You have to pay her in cash up front. Wouldn't even give them 1 star if that was an option.

DO NOT GOT HERE SHE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY AND WONT PASS YOU!

The woman who answered and scheduled our appointment for a road test was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She spoke to me like I was a complete imbecile. She even went so far as to say that my Son lied to her about having his permit with him to give her his license number. Which he did have. Any business that lets their employees speak to customers this way doesn't want MY business. I will will be calling elsewhere to schedule his road test. I highly recommend not using this business.

Steer clear of Courtesy Driving. If their instruction is like their customer service you get less than you pay for. I signed up for a class and they didn't tell me it was cancelled. Go to Century Driving. Excellent instructors and courteous customer service.

Mr. Webb, the driving instructor, is actually a good instructor and i learned very easily. I firsthand know that if you aren't feeling confident about a particular portion of your driving that Mr. Webb will be more than happy to let you practice in the parking lot.
