They do not know how to manage properly. They have no concept of how to hire maintenance crews. They hire sub-standard crews who work with tools that chew the grass rather than cut it and the same for the trimming of the landscape. In the winter they do not come and plow the streets or driveways and residence wind up doing it themselves. We pay $200 a month for these services and pay others as well. I will be writing to the owners of this company regarding these issues. I won in court in the past on these issues and I will again. Of course it helps to come from a family and social circle full of lawyers who will do pro-bono work for me.
