Went to donley of shelby, needed a battery, told by service manager parts guy was in the back while he stood there and talked on a cell phone, I doubt it was a buisness call or he would have used company phone. He and service specialist whatever that is was on a computer, made no attempt to let parts guy know that he had customers waiting, or no attempt to help with a battery, isn't service and parts kinda one in the same. No way to run a buisness, no communication, I'm from Shelby, but will go to graham of ford in Mansfield from now on
