Called to come and remove a big nest of yellow jackets in our basement, he gave my husband a price over the phone and was here less than an hour later. They removed the nest and killed the yellow jackets cleaned up the mess and were gone in less than two hours.. The price he quoted over the phone is what they charged, it was very reasonable. Will use them again for all of our pest problems
