These apartments are very quiet. When first built, tenents were approximately half Caucasian and half black. But this has changed. As apts change hands, more blacks have been accepted, giving this a reputation of a black neighborhood. Site mgr was changed a few months ago,and she knows very little about her job. The maintenance man seems put out and aloof when he is called, and lately maintenance has suffered. I will be moving as no neighbors here are friendly. But if none of the above matters, this is the quiet place for you!

It's really nice here.But if something breaks it's over . Cannot get repairs.Computers& Exercise equipment broken and has been for months.People have told me that if anything is said they get repercussions.Is Partnership Management a slum lord?
