My husband and I were members of World Gym for several years. Really no problem at first, staff was nice and friendly and the place was somewhat clean. Our problem came when the owner called to renew our membership and I explained we were moving in about 6 months. He talked me into another annual membership with the promise that I could get my money back for the last 6 months if we did move. Long story short, we moved after 6 months and he couldn't recall the conversation. So be warned, the owners do not live up to their word, get everything in writing! Very disappointed!!
