I would not recommend this place to anyone if they could avoid it. We had ordered a stone and were told it would be ready by around Mem. Day. But by mid July, there was still no stone. I had stopped in for a reason for the delay. The manager said that when we first ordered the stone, there was one in stock - when there wasn't. Of course, we were never informed of this issue. When I had stopped into the store in mid July, I insisted on it getting done within the next few days. They magically pulled a few strings and it was finished within a few days. I thought this would be the last time having to stop into the store. I went to check out the stone, I found it on the wrong grave! I give this 2 stars because they did fix their mistake and completed the stone immediately after I pushed for it. However, Zabel's never apologized for the delay & their mistake. Any business that can not even have the decency to do this in this business during such a difficult time, should not be in business.

Wonderful helpful sales people. Caring and courteous. Unsurpassed value with friendly sales person. Would recommend to anyone. If you want value and quality without any sales pressure go here. Hundred of dollars less that competition with more printing and size. Extremely pleased to find someone that is so caring and compassionate at this time of losing a loved family member
