TLC Homes, established in 1994 is a family-owned company that provides residential and day care services for developmentally disabled persons in Sheboygan, Manitowoc and Plymouth in Wisconsin. It provides support and community living services to individuals who are developmentally and physically challenged. It offers assistance with daily activities, companionship and life skills training for persons suffering from autism, Prader-Willi syndrome, cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, seizures, mental illnesses and traumatic brain injuries.
