would be nice if this agency actually remembered to apply change requests to your policy instead of having to call multiple times or call the insurer yourself. It almost doesnt pay to have the middle man. Several times when I had changes they were not implemented (change of address, add/remove child or vehicle from policy. I only stayed with them so long because its time consuming to find a new agent and get the quotes.
