EXTREMELY rude person refused to listen to my explanation of the difficulty in finding my pickup location (insisting on sending a cab based upon the address, which ALWAYS results in the cab driving back and forth in front of my building, with no place to stop - which I would have explained, given a chance) and hung up on me.

Rudest Taxi I have ever used. The owner of the company treats customers as if he is doing a favor, when he is providing services for money! They are very impatient with customers that ask to wait while running in. Who is paying who? I will never again rely on a service that treats his customers the way he does. Had to cancel taxi and owner said don't ever call here again we won't pick you up. People would tell me how bad this company was and I would stick up for them. Now I know better.
