I needed a water heater. I looked in the YP. I contacted this company. He explained his svc charge was $90.00. This seemed somewhat high but what can be done when there is an emergency. Repair person came out 'repaired' the water heater, we had hot water again. Took a shower, the pilot went out. Repair person returned three times and relit the pilot. Pilot kept going out. Finally he suggested we needed a new water heater and that our current WH had had a class action suit against it. My husband is ill so I had to take care of this issue by myself. The quote for the new WH was $800.00. That seemed high so I tried to get someone else to take care of this for me....couldn't find anyone so I called this company back...I shouldn't have taken cold showers for the rest of the summer, esp since it has been so hot.



I think we were overcharged. What do you think?
