pleased with job but have to say i hope i don't have any trouble with anything little rough on flashing got up on ladder looking down gutter flashing pulled out from facia quite a bit
Rescheduled us several times and did not show or call on two occasions. When they finally showed they put the white gutters on our home instead of the color we picked out to match our home. They look terrible. I’m hoping they will do the right thing and replace them.
They did a great job would recommend them.
The guttering and valley deflectors seem to be properly installed. I can't write a competent review until we have the next hard rain. Then I can tell if this installation corrected the problem.

Professional work, done in a timely manner.
I had rainwater overflowing some gutters and rust on a long section. Had 4 companies look at it, two of which recommended full replacement of all gutters and downspouts. Jim evaluated and said most of guttering was good, proposed diverters where two corner come together and steel mesh leaf guards at a fraction of other's bids. Very professional and timely installation. I can alway replace other sections should I encounter future problems. I highly recommend.
Ratliff fixed the leak in my gutters the first time out. I will be using them for any future needs.
