Best Lowe's in Johnson County. I love this place and the help is awesome. We have bought a Samsung, Fridge, Dishwasher, Wash and Dryer and many other smaller items. Always helpful, always polite.

This store epitomizes the definition of disinterest. I went there today to look at a picnic table I saw online. The man who waited on me grudgingly took me to the spot on the shelf where they should have been, scanned the shelf tag on his device to show me the exact listing I had seen online. He told me they were in back but could not give me any more details. ..Specifically the size of the planks on the table top. (i know they hate waiting on women who are working on a "pinterst" project.) I told him that I had come to the store to see the actual item before I bought it and he seemed incredulous that I would expect that. He made no offer of help to find out the info I needed or how I could actually find where "in back" this item was. After looking around a bit, I decided maybe a manager could help, so I asked the next clerk I saw What the managers name was..he didn't even know it! On my way to check out the competition!
