Lauren Hedrick, MS, RD, LD, became a dietitian to share the love of food with people and show them that eating nutritiously does not have to feel restrictive or difficult. Lauren graduated from the University of Missouri where she received her bachelor's degree in nutrition and exercise physiology. She went on to complete her dietetic internship, obtaining a Master of Science in dietetics, and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
