Having utilized Craig Kirchner for tax preparation, I would not recommend his services. His lack of communication and accountability proved to be overwhelmingly stressful. The final incident was a failure to communicate when critical action was necessary which ultimately costed my husband and me to pay the IRS for a late penalty. Had Craig Kirchner provided a basic level of service, this tax penalty could have been avoided. When we asked for an explanation as to why he failed in his communication, he blamed us when it was he who was notified by the IRS that this action was required. It's not worth the financial hardship and emotional stress to work with Craig Kirchner. Do not hire!
