No record of my appointment and took over an hour to see doc. Once i got in, the exam was rushed. Their website falsely advertises in office lab with same day service for glasses. I was told my glasses would take 14 days to get in. My script was basic. I asked for my prescription so I could buy glasses elsewhere, and the staff turned snotty and unprofessional and reluctantly gave it to me. Very poor selection as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been visiting this office for several years and have wonderful customer service! The doctors are very knowledgable, kind and patient. There was a certain frame I was looking for and the optician called around to find it for me. I now live in STL and make my appts at this office when I am back in KC!!

Its a nice looking place but I told them I wanted to go into a certain contact lens and instead they put me in a lens called purevision and they are the worst lenses I have ever worn in my life. The doctor bascially gave me no choice but to wear them. I will never be back .
