The tech was very good and got job done fast
The estimator was conscientious, friendly, aware of the needs with the gutters, and interested in the job. The installer was competent and even suggested a change for one downspout, which I think will be in improvement. Showed me in places how clean gutters are. Wow walking around on the roof is such bravery.

My experience with Ratliff Enterprises to have my roof replaced was excellent in all ways. They were responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to concerns, friendly and professional. They provided a competitive estimate and scheduled the project in a very timely manner considering the unpredictability of winter weather. The crew performed the work efficiently and professionally, the clean-up and removal of materials was thorough, and I am very pleased with the appearance of the new roof!
