We bought two Jet Skis from Chad at Prime Powersports we got a great deal. It doesn't stop there we had an issue with one of the jet skis and Chad was always there to help with customer service. At the end of the day Chad stood behind his product and his customer which doesn't always happen. I would highly recommend Prime PowerSports for any of your toy purchases. I look forward to buying an ATV in the near future. Chad earned a customer for life and a huge advocate for his business with his customer service skills.
They lied to me and I never got the extended warranty I was promised with the machine. Arctic Cat paid them to send in for it and they pocked the money. Nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Don't ever call for directions you will be rudely insulted
Worst place ever! Totally ripped me off. Purchased a use jet ski that I was told ran fine. got it home couldn t even start it after I put in the new battery that they gave me. Took it to Sportland2 in Oakcreek and they filled me in on the TONS of problems it had. Called RS Motorsports back and they told me too bad. I m out $3400. Beware of these guys.
