Terrible service and THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES AND IGNORE YOU. Had a small house fire and all my clothes were removed and cleaned for smoke damage. When I got my clothes back a lot of my higher need clothing, cashmere sweaters, fine wools, were stiff and had holes all over them. We are talking about 300-400+$ items. They appear to have been cleaned and washed like I would a pair of dirty socks and not following the care instructions on the clothing. To make this even worse is they pick this close up over five weeks ago to try and repair and look into it and have yet to call me back and every time I call them to check on it they say we are sending this message over to the owner right away and he will call you right away. I've called four times and he has not called me back once. It appears he is trying to dodge me.

Pretty bad experience. First they took pictures of many of the items that they were taking to get them cleaned. Stated that they would hang all drapery back as it was. After they cleaned them, they just sent the driver to deliver my drapery and didn't hang them. Later I found that a comforter was completely destroyed, and they have folded in a way that I would not notice until I was ready to use it (many days later). And, the worst part of all is that they ruined 2 leather jackets. They shrunk them!! They took them back supposedly to see what had happened. After 3 months of trying to contact them to see what was going on, they told me that they didn't find anything wrong and sent them back to me. Now, my insurance company is trying to get them to pay for the ruined items. DO NOT USE THEM or you'll be disappointed!!
